Our aim is to provide 100% satisfaction to our customers. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product, we are here to help.

 

  1. You can cancel the order within 3 days online before the product(s) inside the order has been shipped
  2. You can cancel the shipment online before the product(s) inside the order has been shipped. Applicable refund against the canceled shipment will be credited to your respective bank/card/wallet by logging into your Jayas traders Account.
  3. You can not cancel the shipment online,after the product(s) inside the order has been shipped.
  4. In case, even a single product of the order has been shipped, you will not be able to cancel the order (in such cases, user would have to cancel an individual product or complete shipment).
  5. In case, the product has been shipped, you will not be able to cancel an individual product, as complete shipment/package would get canceled.
  6. If the product(s) are shipped through India Post delivery service, cancellation/Refund will not be applicable for all the respective product(s) which are part of the shipment/package.
  7. As a part of cart offer or any other discount offer, if a user has purchased one product along with another product, and during cancellation of same, all the products purchased through same cart offer would get cancelled.
  8. For product(s) purchased through specific cart offer or any other discount offer inside the order, if any one of the product gets delivered to the user, then cancellation will not be applicable for all the other products tagged under same cart offer.
  9. Shipping charge will not be refundable. Also, If the order has been cancelled by any reason courier charge of product return will be tolrated /charged from customer.
  10. If customer(s) has/have received the shipment and want to cancel it, In that senario, customer has to return us the product (s)/shipment by courier/by Post Office,  Charges of return shipment/courier will be tolrated/paid by the customer. If in case, customer is not able to courier us, we can arrange pick-up of the shipment but charges of pick has to tolrated/paid by the customer.
  11. The product should be in unused, undamaged and original condition without any stains, scratches at the time of return.
  12. Return/replacement will be accepted if the customer has received different product and courier damaged within 3 days
  13. Product with a Manufacturing fault will not return and not refund.
  14. The customer can not cancel/return if the order total is less than Rs.150/-.
